Storyday: This is the End
Stupendous Storyday, Schmamers! The end is as much a part of a game’s story as the beginning and middle, and this has been true of gaming since our 8-bit escapades and certainly beyond.
However, if you were anything like me, you very rarely if ever got to see the final moments of our NES-nemeses (NESemeses?). Them games were too damn hard! Thankfully, the internet provides. Mike Matei of Cinemassacre.com (home of internet sensation The Angry Video Game Nerd!) has compiled a video of fifty(!) of the deathblows of many NES final bosses for our viewing pleasure.
BUT THERE’S A CATCH. Mike doesn’t let us know what games they’re from. Instead, we have to guess! Watch the video and post your answers here, Schmamers! Closest Schmamer gets a special shout-out from me on the next episode of Schmame Over. With incentive like that how can you resist?
