Don Paccin, Cave’s Newest Shmup an RPG?

Cave, famous for arcade shooters like Do Don Pachi and Bug Princess, is coming out with a new iOS/Android shooter called Don Paccin. Unlike previous titles you upgrade your ship after each mission, RPG style, for a persistent upgrade over the entire game. It seems interesting, and if Cave is making the game it’s bound to be good. Here’s hoping it comes out in America.
